During this important step, I’ll get to the heart of your story and what your future goals are. This is where we’ll begin to set the stage for what you want in your future home and how we’ll market your existing home. Bring a cup of coffee (or glass of chablis) because this is the fun stuff.

Studying the market.
Whether you’re buying or selling, I’ll perform an in-depth comps assessment and market analysis to give you clarity on the right selling price and/or what you can expect to find in your budget range.

Make a plan.
Together, we’ll create a detailed game plan and schedule that makes sure the entire process is as seamless and stress-free as possible. This may include timing for prepping your home, getting pre-approval, or arranging for a temporary storage unit.

I hustle.
Bronxville is a fast-paced, competitive market. You need someone who’s “on it” 24/7. Whether I’m marketing your current home or finding your next one, you can bet I’ll be working nonstop behind the scenes and keeping you updated along the way. All while you go about your daily routine.

Whether you’re making the offer or receiving it, I’ll make sure the odds are stacked in your favor, no matter what side you’re on. That might mean requesting or removing financial contingencies or negotiating the “soft” stuff like timing and whether or not that fantastic chandelier is included.
